"We where given a non smoking room, that reaked of smoke and had an ashtray in it. Very loud neighbors, we could hear them talking through the walls. Other than that the staff was nice, and the room clean. But we shouldn't have been told it was non smoking when it wasn't, I have an allergy to smoke."
