"they have a great location and could have a great hotel-they need to upgrade in a major way. It is walking distance to turtle bay and that is the areas biggest attraction. the owner is missing out big time."

"Positives:
Desk clerk was very helpful, friendly & courteous. She provided correct directions when Mapquest's proved to be incorrect.
Within walking distance of Turtle Bay & Sundial Bridge.
Restaurant on premises, although we didn't eat there.
Negatives:
Carpets old & stained. Need replacement.
Picture on River Inn's website very misleading. Main part of Inn not on river as shown.
Neighborhood feels somewhat less than safe & secure.
This is an "older" facility in need of a facelift. NOT recommended for families."
