"We booked this hotel through your website, but the hotel didn't have any record of our reservation.
The washroom wasn't entirely clean when we arrived.
We had no hot water in the shower and when I called to let the front desk know, they said that they couldn't do anything about it!
When I asked for extra towels, I was told that they didn't have any left."
